Like many non-profit organizations, Friends of Tahoe Truckee Waldorf relies on the philanthropic support of the people who care about our programs and our schools. 

Giving is at the heart of our community andas the saying goes, the more you give, the more you get back. Our organization has been built out of the kind hearts, heads and hands of numerous volunteers and businesses who take time out of their busy lives to contribute their amazing talents to the greater community for the greater good. Whether you are donating services, time or money, Friends of Tahoe Truckee Waldorf encourages you to get involved.

The generosity of your gifts and resources allow us to fulfill our promise of igniting ethical thinkers in the Tahoe Truckee area. These donations make a significant impact on the lives of students, teachers and families in our Waldorf community, as well as the lives of all we touch in greater Tahoe Truckee Area.

We support programs that are developmentally appropriate, rich in the arts and social literacy, and foster stewardship towards the natural world. We strive to build an environment that will create global citizens filled with imagination, mindfulness and the freedom of thought.
